Before attending a live instructor training: Know Before You Go
After enrolling, you will receive an automated confirmation email and calendar invite(s). Your calendar invites contain a personalized meeting room link, which you'll use to attend the training. Please accept the invite(s) to save the dates.
Email delivery tip:
- Learning-related emails and calendar invites will come from plsnore@adobe.com (Premium Learning Subscription no-reply email address). Add this email address to your contacts or safe sender list to ensure emails are delivered to your inbox.
- If you’re missing an email, please check your spam or junk folder, and any secondary inbox tabs (such as the “Other” tab Outlook or similar filtered views).
Join the meeting room by using the personalized link inside your calendar invites.
If you are missing a calendar invite, or unable to join from the personalized link, follow these backup steps to launch the meeting room:
- Go to My Learning
- Navigate to the "In Progress Learning" section
- Under "Live Instructor", locate your course
- You should see an overview. Switch to the "Session detail" tab and locate the Day you're on.
- Click on the "Launch" button, which will launch your meeting room. (Note: the meeting room becomes available 15 minutes before start time.)
After enrolling, you will receive an automated confirmation email. If you receive a calendar invite, accept the invite to save the date.
For in-person onsite trainings: Watch for additional communications with details about your training location and other onsite logistics. These details may be shared closer to the training date.

- Be on time, and schedule other meetings at other times. Let the instructor know if you must drop for a meeting.
- Wait for breaks for reading emails, etc.
- Ask questions. Participation is more than welcome. Ideas can be shared!
- Let the instructor know if you need help with an exercise.
- Put your microphone on mute when not speaking.
- Engage in any quizzes, questions, and discussions.
System requirements for all live instructor courses
- Computer or laptop with a keyboard and mouse
- 8 GB RAM or more for optimal browser performance
- Second, external monitor is preferred
- Minimum resolution of 1280 x 768 pixels
- Internet connection of 100mbps or more
- Recommended web browsers are Chrome or Firefox
- Able to access login screen* only, for Adobe CX Enterprise
- Login information will be provided during training
- Have access to a text editor
- Have a program to extract archive (.zip) files
- Have a program to read PDFs such as Adobe Reader
* Do not log in. Please simply test that you can access the link in your browser without your company networks blocking. You may see "your Adobe ID is not linked to your Adobe Experience Cloud solution accounts" message, which is expected. The links are not intended for learners to access anything in advance until arriving to class. On the first day of class, your instructor will provide the credentials to log in.
Live sessions will be conducted using Adobe Connect. Ensure you follow these checkpoints to help avoid technical issues during the live session:
- Run this diagnostic test to ensure that Adobe Connect is working properly on your system.
- Go over the technical specifications for Adobe Connect.
- You can join Adobe Connect through a browser or the desktop application.
- If desktop app is already installed and you are facing issues, uninstall the Adobe Connect application and reinstall it using the latest version provided here.
You'll find your personalized virtual meeting room link in your calendar invite. On the day of training, we recommend launching the link 5-10 minutes before class starts.
Additional system requirements for select solutions
- A personal, public GitHub account.
Students will access Premium Learning's Adobe Experience Manager company account for the duration of the class to complete course labs.
Adobe Experience Manager (Technical courses only)
Technical courses use a virtual machine software called Readytech. Before class, make sure you:
- Complete Performance Precheck
- Complete Accessibility Precheck and verify access to the ReadyTech login screen only (Do not log in).
The Campaign client is a Windows only application. If you do not have a Window machine to install the Campaign client, a virtual environment called Readytech will be provided to you during class.
If you don’t have a Windows machine or the ability to install software, make sure to:
- Complete Performance Precheck
- Complete Accessibility Precheck and verify access to the ReadyTech login screen only (Do not log in).
Some technical AEP courses use Postman for API related activities. If you don’t have the ability to install on your computer, you will receive a virtual machine called Readytech during class.
If you don’t have the ability to install software, make sure to:

- Complete Accessibility Precheck and verify access to the ReadyTech login screen only (Do not log in).
