What can I expect after I enroll in a live instructor-led training?

After enrolling, you will receive an automated confirmation email and calendar invite(s). Please accept the invite(s) to save the dates.

Email delivery tip:

  • Learning-related emails and calendar invites will come from plsnore@adobe.com (Premium Learning Subscription no-reply email address). Add this email address to your contacts or safe sender list to ensure emails are delivered to your inbox.
  • If you’re missing an email, please check your spam or junk folder, and any secondary inbox tabs (such as the “Other” tab Outlook or similar filtered views).
Does Premium Learning provide demo or training instances? How do I access my environment for class?
For customers attending a live instructor course (virtual or in-person), you will be given a sandbox environment for the class duration. Your instructor will provide the instance details and access on the first day of class.
How do I join my live instructor course?

Join the meeting room by using the personalized link inside your calendar invites.

If you are missing a calendar invite, or unable to join from the personalized link, follow these backup steps to launch the meeting room:

  1. Go to My Learning and sign in.
  2. Navigate to the "Upcoming learnings" section.
  3. Under "Live Instructor Courses", click on the title of your class.
  4. You should see an overview. Switch to the "Session detail" tab.
  5. Click on the "live session" button, which will launch your meeting room. (Note: the meeting room becomes available 15 minutes before start time.)
Recommendations for a successful training
  • Be on time, and schedule other meetings at other times. Let the instructor know if you must drop for a meeting.
  • Wait for breaks for reading emails, etc.
  • Ask questions. Participation is more than welcome. Ideas can be shared!
  • Let the instructor know if you need help with an exercise.
  • Put your microphone on mute when not speaking.
  • Engage in any quizzes, questions, and discussions.
