Cohort Overview
Research shows that adults learn best through collaboration, discussion, and real-world application. Cohort learning gives you an opportunity to not only learn about an Adobe solution but to connect with others who are doing the same type of work that you are.
Cohort learning has many benefits, including:
- Shared progression: Everyone follows the same schedule.
- Community building: Cohort members interact regularly during live sessions and through a cohort discussion board.
- Collaborative learning: Activities include group discussions, peer reviews, and joint projects.
- Facilitated instruction: Adobe expert instructors and mentors guide the cohort, offering their experience, feedback, and support.
Live sessions
Each week, you’ll join two 90-minute live sessions led by Adobe experts, where you’ll explore an Adobe solution in depth. These sessions also give you a chance to connect with others in your cohort through group discussions and interactive activities. Some weeks may even feature a guest speaker sharing best practices or real-world use cases.
Self-paced activities
Between live sessions, you will complete self-guided online modules that include readings, videos, and hands-on exercises to help you apply what you’re learning. After each module, there’s a short quiz to help you check your understanding. We recommend reserving 2–4 hours per week to complete the online learning and quizzes.
Capstone Challenge
As part of the cohort, you’ll also collaborate with a group of peers on a Capstone Challenge project—a chance to put everything you’ve learned into practice with a real-world scenario. Your group will give a short presentation to share your work and get feedback from Adobe instructors and fellow learners.
Pre-cohort readiness and logistics: Know Before You Go
You will receive an enrollment confirmation email and calendar invites for all the live sessions (2 sessions a week). Please accept the invites to save the dates.
Email delivery tip
To help ensure our emails and calendar invites are delivered to your inbox, add the following addresses to your contacts or safe sender list:
- plsnore@adobe.com (used for learning-related notifications and calendar invites)
- environment@adobe.com and atsenvironmentsupport@adobe.com (used for sandbox and environment-related notifications)
If you’re missing an email, please check your spam or junk folder, and any secondary inbox tabs (such as the “Other” tab Outlook or similar filtered views).
Approximately 1 week before your cohort begins: Look out for a welcome email that lets you know you can start accessing your cohort activities and pre-work requirements. In the meantime, you can read about the cohort objectives and agenda in My Hub.
Capstone Project & Peer Review are required for completion credit. Demonstrate mastery through a guided capstone project. Apply your learning to a real-world challenge, then exchange feedback with your peers in structured review sessions. Learners must complete the capstone project to receive cohort completion credit.
Self-Paced Modules & Quizzes are essential to prepare for live sessions and to successfully complete the project. Learn flexibly, at your own pace, between live sessions. Access asynchronous modules, hands-on labs, and discussion activities to deepen your understanding and apply key concepts in real-world scenarios.
The discussion board is for you and your fellow cohort members to connect, collaborate, and grow together. Share your reflections, ask questions, exchange resources, and support one another throughout the program. Your instructor and facilitator will also be checking in—joining conversations, offering guidance, and helping deepen your learning. Make the most of this space by engaging actively and learning from each other!
You will be provided access to your discussion board on the first day of your cohort.
