Copy a report
Learn how to quickly create a new report by copying and editing a similar report.

Copying a report can be a great way to create a new report quickly. Roy spent a little while creating this handy report showing the workload for Creative Team 1. He grouped the tasks by project, applied some conditional formatting based on the progress status and then sorted by progress status. Then he decided he wanted to create the same report for Creative Team 2. Here’s all he has to do. Go to Report Actions and choose Copy. This created a copy of the report. Next go to Report Actions again and choose Edit. Then click in the Report Title box to change the name. Then we need to update the filter to only show tasks assigned to Creative Team 2. Save it and we’re done.
