Workfront: Cannot use SSO

NOTE
  • This has been reported in the Preview Sandbox environment and the Custom Refresh Sandbox environment.
  • This has been reported for organization that use Legacy (non-Adobe) SSO.

Workfront functionality that uses SSO returns the following error:

“Whoops! Something went wrong. Please contact Workfront so we can figure out what went wrong and fix it.”

This has been reported in the following areas:

  • Setup > System > SSO > Download SAML 2.0 Metadata
  • Setup > System > SSO > Test connection
  • Logging in
