Users: Cannot remove direct reports

When a user attempts to remove direct reports from a user, they cannot update the Direct Reports field if it already has a value.

Workaround

Try one of the following:

  • Add a new value, then remove the values.
  • Remove the direct report from the user’s Org Chart.
