Users: Cannot change access level of a user

This issue was fixed on September 12, 2025.

When an admin attempts to change the access level of a user, the access level is not changes, and the admin sees the following message:

“Whoops! Something went wrong. Please contact Workfront so we can figure out what went wrong and fix it.”
