Requests: Issues with drafts in the new requesting experience

The following issues have been reported regarding drafts in the new requesting experience:

  • Requests created as a draft and then submitted show only the first letter of the subject in the Requests list.
  • Discarded drafts are not removed from the requests list, and result in the error “Failed to retrieve the draft.”
