Requests: Cannot upload document to request from GDrive

NOTE
This issue affects the new requesting experience.

When a user is creating a request in the new requesting experience and attempts to upload a document from GDrive, the GDrive window is unresponsive. The user cannot select a file or close the window.

Workaround

Press ESC on your keyboard. The window will then work as expected.
