Requests: Cannot upload a document when filling out a request
NOTE
This issue was fixed on February 23, 2023.
When a user is filling out a request and attempts to upload a document, the document is not uploaded, and the user sees the following error:
“Upload Error: Try a smaller file or attach file after creation.”
