Reports: Issues regarding dropdowns in charts

This issue was fixed on October 29, 2025.
The following issues have been reported regarding dropdowns in charts:
- When a user is viewing a report with a dropdown column, and is using the Chart feature, the drop down in the Chart window does not work.
- When a user attempts to assign users from a report, using a dropdown, the assignment is not saved.
