Notifications: Thumbnails not visible in email notifications
IMPORTANT
Thumbnails are not supported in Gmail.
When a user views an email notification regarding a document approval, the document thumbnail is not visible in the email. Instead, the user sees a broken image icon.
This has been reported in Gmail.
