Integrations: JumpSeat integrations fail for organizations on Unified Shell
NOTE
This issue has been resolved, but requires users to reconfigure JumpSeat as described in Workaround below.
When a user’s organization is migrated onto Adobe UnifiedBecky Shell, their existing JumpSeat integrations fail to work.
Workaround
From the JumpSeat administrator panel, change the Application URL from workfront.com to workfront.adobe.com.
