NOTE

The Product team is currently evaluating this issue resolution. When this issue is resolved, it will be communicated in the Product Announcements and not with the Maintenance Updates.

When a user clicks a .docx thumbnail to view a preview of the document, a video player opens and they are unable to see the document.

Workaround

Click the document name link to go directly to the Document Details page where you can preview the document.
