Groups: Issues when deleting group status

The following issues have been reported regarding deleting group statuses:

  • After deleting a group’s status, despite the group no longer displaying the status and the removal time appearing in the group’s Updates, it eventually reappears without being modified by a user.
  • When a user attempts to delete a group status, the system is unresponsive, the window is highlighted, and the user cannot delete the status.

Workaround

  1. Go to Setup > Preferences > Statuses.
  2. Search for the corresponding group.
  3. Delete the status.
