Filters: Dropdown disappears when clicking on scrollbar

When a user is creating a filter and clicks on the dropdown arrow to select the field, then clicks on the scrollbar of the dropdown, the dropdown disappears and the user cannot select the desired field.

Workaround

Use your mouse scroll wheel or keyboard to scroll down the list of available fields.
