Billing records: Add more billing records button is missing

When a user is viewing a list of billing records and attempts to add a new one, they see that the Add new billing record button is missing from the top of the page.

Workaround

  1. In the lower-right corner, select to view all billing records.
  2. Scroll to the bottom of the list.
  3. Click the Add more billing records button at the bottom of the list.
  4. Create the billing record inline.
  5. (Optional) To add custom forms to the billing record, edit it, and add the custom forms in the Edit window.
