Download files from Storage

Using the Fusion Storage area, you can download files from your Adobe Storage.

Download a file

  1. In Workfront Fusion, click Storage in the left navigation.
  2. Navigate to the repository and folder that contains the file you want to download.
  3. Select a file by clicking on it in the table.
  4. In the action bar that appears, click Download.

A progress banner appears at the top-right showing:

  • File name
  • Download progress percentage
  • Bytes transferred
  • A Cancel button to abort the download

The file is saved to the browser’s default download location.

Download a specific version of a file

  1. In Workfront Fusion, click Storage in the left navigation.
  2. Navigate to the repository and folder that contains the file you want to download.
  3. Select a file and click “Versions” in the action bar.
  4. In the Version History panel, click Download next to the version that you want to download.

If a download fails, a toast notification appears: “Download failed — The file could not be downloaded. Please try again.”
