Description

The Grunge Shavings node in Substance 3D Designer generates a grunge map akin to shavings scattered on a surface.

Parameters

  • Balance FloatAdjusts the balance between dark and bright values.

  • Contrast FloatAdjusts the contrast of the image.

  • Invert BooleanInverts the output of the image, using a 1-x operation.

  • Non Square Expansion BooleanEnables compensation of squash and stretch with non-square ratios.

  • Advanced

    • Scratch Spots Amount FloatThe amount and coverage of the scratched spots effect used for generating shavings.
    • Scratch Spots Tiling IntegerThe amount of tiling of the scratched spots effect used for generating shavings.
    • Dust Intensity FloatThe intensity of the dust overlay on the surface.
    • Sharpen Intensity FloatThe intensity of the global sharpening effect.
