Connect integrated platforms with Marketo Measure
Learn how to connect an ad platform to your Marketo Measure Account.
To connect an ad platform to the Bizible application, go ahead and log into your Bizible account. In the Account Configuration page, click on the Connections tab. Click the button at the bottom.
Choose the platform you would like to connect with. Here we’re going with Google AdWords. Choose the Google account when prompted. Bizible will connect to the AdWords account and you’ll see the AdWords campaigns listed in your Bizible dashboard.
After connecting the two platforms, it is best to enable Bizible to autotag the ads with its own parameters. To do this, toggle the autotagging button to yes.
Once the two accounts are connected, Bizible does one of three things. First, it’ll search the ad platform for a tracking template or something that functions in the same manner. If it finds one, Bizible will simply add its parameters to the template and it’s done. If there is no tracking template, Bizible will scan the final URL for its tags. If it finds them, it does nothing, if it does not find them, Bizible will amend the parameter by adding its tags. Remember, these tags are not stored in your ad platform. If you use yet another party to track your ads, you must add Bizible tags to the third-party system manually, Bizible will not be able to autotag in that situation.
