Touchpoints are a collection of bits of information that Bizzable gathers from your marketing channels and CRM. Let’s take a look at a touchpoint and its components. We begin in Salesforce. You can view touchpoints on both the lead and opportunity objects. We will take a look at a touchpoint on a lead first. Click on the lead tab and navigate to a lead. Click on a touchpoint in the touchpoint section. The page has details on the source of the touchpoint. In this instance, the lead interacted with the LinkedIn effort. You also see information on the type of touchpoint, its position, date, and landing page. Geo-location and device information is also available. As well as the percentage of attribution this touchpoint receives based on the attribution model you have. Now, let’s navigate to a touchpoint on the opportunity object. Click on the opportunity and navigate to the Bizzable attribution touchpoint section. Click on a touchpoint. Notice that the information is the same but broken into sections. Except that you have a revenue attribution section, this section is only seen on the opportunity objects.
