A touchpoint can be created in two different ways, digital and offline. To create a touchpoint for digital interactions, you must add Bizible’s JavaScript to your website. The JavaScript gathers important identifying information from your prospect’s interactions with your marketing efforts. Bizible then takes the data it gathers and matches it to the email address supplied by the prospect via a form submission. You can find the JavaScript on the configuration page in your Bizible account. To create a touchpoint for marketing interactions that occur outside of your website or offline, Bizible depends on campaign memberships in Salesforce. If you sync a Salesforce campaign with Bizible, Bizible will create a touchpoint for that campaign member.
