Visible’s process is comprised of downloading information about the interactions between your prospects and your marketing efforts and creating touchpoints based on those interactions. Once Visible creates the touchpoints, the data is pushed to your CRM. Visible’s framework is made up of five parts. Third-party systems, including your CRM and your paid search engines such as AdWords and Bing Ads, Visible’s JavaScript, which is added to your web pages and it collects data, which is then pushed to the CRM. You can find it in the Visible app. The Visible application and its parts, including the ROI dashboard and customization settings, the objects and the related fields that Visible adds to your CRM. That includes the Visible Touchpoint Object, Visible Touchpoint Attribution Object, and the Visible A-B Testing Object. Lastly, the standard objects and related fields in your CRM that are appended with Visible fields. The default objects are the Lead, Contact, Opportunity, and Account objects. All of these pieces work together to provide you with the data you need to make informed decisions.
