Collaborative editing
The collaborative editing feature allows draft creators to share paid media drafts on the Horizon canvas with collaborators, assign roles, and work together in real time.
Invited collaborators receive a Pulse notification within GenStudio for Performance Marketing and an email with a direct link to the draft. Review and Approvals can still be used to give others view access only.
Key capabilities
Collaborative editing on the Horizon canvas offers these capabilities:
- Share drafts with collaborators: Invite users by email and assign Editor or Viewer roles. Editors can also share the draft with others.
- Invite notifications: Invited collaborators receive a Pulse notification within GenStudio for Performance Marketing and an email with a direct link to the draft.
- Real-time co-editing: Artboard elements and chrome fields, including headlines, CTAs, and descriptions, sync live across all editors.
- Shared drafts on the GenStudio for Performance Marketing Content landing page: In the Recents section under From Adobe Express Templates, two tabs organize your drafts: Yours (drafts you created) and Shared with you (drafts others have given you access to).
