Audit results in Preflight
When the audit completes, Preflight displays the audit results as opportunities. Each opportunity is organized by type and includes recommendations to help you enhance and optimize the page. Within an opportunity, individual issues identify specific items to review or fix.
At the top of the AEM Preflight dialog is a User Progress bar that reflects overall audit results. It shows the percentage of opportunities that passed with no issues, and the total number of issues found across all opportunities. The User Progress bar helps authors gauge overall page health at a glance.
The bar is color-coded:
- Red for less than 1/3 of opportunities complete
- Orange for 1/3 to 2/3 complete
- Green for more than 2/3 complete
- Blue while audits are still running

Highlight opportunities
After the audit completes, you can quickly locate and understand opportunities by highlighting them directly on the page.
Preflight highlights each opportunity in context, connecting the results in the panel to the exact location in your content. This makes it easier to review and resolve opportunities without manually searching through the page.
- Open the Preflight panel in the context of the page to audit, and run the audits.
- Select a specific opportunity from the list in the Preflight panel.
- The preview automatically scrolls to the relevant area and highlights the corresponding element, allowing you to easily idenitfy, and optimize the opportunity in context.
