Hello, welcome to this session, AEM Forms as a Cloud Service, Use Cases and New Features. My name is Arun, I lead product management for AEM Forms, and I’m joined by Brie Spedeker, who is our AEM Forms product specialist. Let’s take a quick look at the agenda. In this session, you’ll get an overview of AEM Forms as a Cloud Service. You will learn about the digital enrollment use case, you will also see new features that we have recently added to Forms on Cloud Service. You’ll also learn about the communications use case, and learn how to use the dock generation APIs. And finally, you’ll also see how a local setup can be done, and what does the dev experience look like for Forms. As you’re aware, in March, we launched AEM Forms as a Cloud Service. It is a secure and scalable cloud native solution to deliver multi-channel digital enrollment experiences. AEM Forms as a Cloud Service provides all the cloud benefits, like agility, scalability to meet the surge in your enrollment traffic, high resiliency, because we have eliminated all maintenance related downtime, and higher security. The digital enrollment capabilities of AEM Forms includes everything that a customer would need to run an end-to-end digital enrollment use case. It includes the data capture capabilities of adaptive forms, data integrations, workflows, document of record generation, Adobe Sign, automated forms conversion service, and migration tooling. Let’s look at the solution architecture. The major building blocks of AEM Forms as a Cloud Service are the author and publish service, workflow and door processing, and automated forms conversion service. It easily integrates with external services like Adobe Sign for e-signature, as well as external data sources to persist the submitted forms data. The Adobe Analytics integration allows Forms user interactions data for insights to improve the forms.
