Meet the AEM AI Assistant, your intelligent companion for Adobe Experience Manager.
Designed to simplify workflows, it helps you discover features, troubleshoot issues, create support tickets, or simply learn how best to use AEM.
Accessing AI Assistant is easy. Once your organization signs the Gen AI terms with Adobe, it’s enabled by default and available in the AEM Authoring Experience, as well as an Experience Hub in Cloud Manager.
Simply click on the AI Assistant icon in the top right to open it.
Now, imagine you want to avoid uploading duplicate assets to AEM assets, but aren’t quite sure how to go about it. Just ask, how do I avoid duplicate assets from being uploaded to AEM assets? AI Assistant provides clear step-by-step guidance, helping you enable this feature in just a few clicks. By following the instructions, we can head over to AEM, open asset configurations, and enable duplicate detection, all in a matter of seconds. No more searching the web and hoping for the right answer, or poring through documentation.
Not only does AI Assistant provide step-by-step guidance, it also adds supporting information about what to expect when the feature is enabled, so you aren’t caught off guard. Curious about best practices? You can ask open discovery questions like, why is it important to avoid duplicate assets in AEM assets? AI Assistant delivers clear insights, explained in a simple, easy to understand way.
Troubleshooting is simple too. Let’s say you think duplicate detection isn’t working. You can simply ask why this might be happening, and AI Assistant will explain the possible reasons. Throughout all these interactions, AI Assistant provides links to the sources it uses to generate its responses. Just expand the source section at the bottom of the response, and click through to see the full Adobe documentation. And if you run into a particularly challenging issue that AI Assistant can’t resolve, no problem. As long as you’re a support admin in your Adobe organization, ask AI Assistant to create a support ticket for you.
Simply describe your issue, and it drafts the ticket with all the necessary details. You can review it, make adjustments, add any extra information you want, and then submit it.
The ticket is linked right in your conversation for easy tracking. And you can even check the ticket status later in AI Assistant, simply by asking what the status is and providing the support ticket ID.
So there you have it. Discover. Troubleshoot. Simplify. The AEM AI Assistant is here to boost your productivity. If you haven’t already, start using it today.
