AI search ai-search

It’s hard to find the right asset when search results depend on the exact words in an asset’s metadata. AI Search understands the meaning behind a query, not just its exact keywords, so a search can succeed even when the asset’s metadata uses completely different words. This means your team wastes less time on search and finds assets faster.

Assets view

In the Assets view, go to General Settings, then Search, and turn on AI Search. This video demonstrates the difference: with AI Search off, a search for people bicycling in the country returns no results, and with it on, the same search finds matching assets even though their metadata uses completely different words.

Admin view

In the Admin view, go to Tools, then Assets, then Assets Configurations, and open Assets OmniSearch Configuration to turn on AI Search. This setting works independently from the Assets view toggle, so you can turn AI Search on in one view, both, or neither.
