For this, we’ll select an image of a landscape that we want flipped horizontally and make a little bit more vibrant. And then select Open with Adobe Express from the action bar to access the embedded Adobe Express directly within AM assets. I’ll quickly adjust the size in Adobe Express so we can see the entire image. And there we go. And now, we have access to use the full Adobe Express suite to make desired edits, which can range from simple image adjustments to sophisticated image alterations using Adobe Firefly. For this example, we’ll keep it simple and simply flip the image horizontally and make a few adjustments to the vibrancy of the image. And there we go. That looks great. When satisfied with our changes, we can save it as a new asset or save it as a new version. I’ll save it as a new version of the same asset in AM assets. Note that when saving as a version, we can always use AM assets version history to see prior versions of the asset and even revert back to a previous version if needed. So don’t be scared about making changes to your assets as the previous versions are just a click away. I can enter the prompt and Adobe Express does the rest. We can look through some of the options and let’s see. I like this one. Lastly, let’s add some promotional text to the image. Hmm, so that’s a little bit hard to see, so I can easily change the color of the text and even add an outline so it pops a little more. That’s pretty good, but I don’t love the font. Let’s try out a few options Adobe Express recommends. Oh, I like this one. Yeah, let’s use that. Okay, the new image is ready. Now let’s save it back to AM assets so we can use it in our marketing campaign for our Experience Iceland adventure. And there we go. This new image is now saved back to AM assets. We can verify that the new image is there and ready for use by navigating to the Experience Iceland adventure folder. And there we go. Our new image is here. So as you can see, the ability to create new assets directly in AM assets using Adobe Express’s simple but powerful features significantly reduces the time and effort needed to create assets, streamlining your content production process and enhancing efficiency. This approach is slightly different from the previous as it doesn’t open Adobe Express itself, but rather exposes several commonly used functionalities of Adobe Express directly in AM assets. In this example, we’ll want to remove the background of a mountain biker image so we can use just the mountain biker to help create new assets with different backgrounds. So let me find the image that we want to edit. I’ll select the image and click into its details. And once in the details view, the Adobe Express quick actions menu is available. Clicking on it, we can see we have functionalities like resizing, background removal and format conversion. These features, while a subset of the full suite, are ideal for swiftly tweaking brand assets. So first we can remove the background, which automatically pulls only the mountain biker from the image. And yep, that looks great. And then we can simply crop the image so it’s a better fit. Lastly, let’s save the image back as a new asset so we can use it later to create some new marketing collateral.
