Review feedback often gets lost in email threads or chat messages, disconnected from the actual file. AEM Assets keeps the conversation attached to the asset itself: add comments, mark up specific areas with annotations, and assign tasks to route work to the right person. You can do all of this from the Assets view or the Admin view.
In the Assets view, add a text, pin, or freeform shape comment on an asset, then assign a review task to the right person. Track the status of that task from My Workspace, on either side of the review.

Comment and annotate
Add comments and annotations to discuss an asset, mention another AEM user to notify them, and export annotations to PDF for reviewers outside AEM.

Review and approve
Create a review task to route assets for approval. Reviewers can approve, reject, request changes, compare assets side by side, and annotate directly from the task.
