Content teams often need Photoshop or Lightroom edits on images stored in AEM Assets. Without automation, someone downloads the asset, sends it to a designer, and re-uploads the result, which slows every project down. The Content Automation add-on removes that manual work: it connects AEM Assets to native Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom cloud services, so processing profiles apply operations like background removal, smart object replacement, and Photoshop actions automatically, at scale.
In the Admin view, connect AEM Assets to native Adobe Photoshop cloud services so common creative operations run without manual work. This video covers three workflows: automatic background removal from images, smart object replacement in Photoshop templates, and Photoshop actions such as banner generation. Each workflow uses a processing profile that watches a folder and creates new assets as soon as you upload the originals.
