to request access.Interactive Communication Templates in AEM allow users to define reusable layout structures such as headers, footers, logos, and default styling. These templates serve as a base to create consistent, branded, and efficient communications.
Prerequisites

Ensure that the author is a member of the forms-users group and template-authors group.

Ensure that AEM Archetype version 55 or later is installed.
Create an Interactive Communication Template
To create an Interactive Communication Fragment, perform the following steps:

Open your Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Forms as a Cloud Service instance.

Navigate to Tools

Go to Tools > General > Templates.

Create or Choose a Folder
Create a new folder or choose an existing one where you want to create the Interactive Communication Template.

Create a New Template, Click Create and select Interactive Communication Generic Template.

Enter the Template, such as:
- Title
- Name
- Description (Optional)

Click the Create Button, Interactive Communication template created successfully.

Enable the Template , this action allows the user to use template for creating Interactive Communications.
By following the above steps, you can successfully create an Interactive Communication Template. Once enabled, these templates can be reused to build consistent, personalized communication documents efficiently.
