Best practices and enforced limits by Dynamic Media on asset types
When you create a Spin Set or an Image Set, or upload PDFs for page extraction, Adobe recommends the following best practices and enforces the following limits:
Asset - Limit type | Best practice | Limit imposed |
---|---|---|
Image - Number of Smart Crops per image | 5 | 100 |
All sets - Number of duplicate assets per set | No duplicates | 20 |
All sets - Maximum number of assets per set | 5-10 images per set | 1000 |
Spin Set - Maximum number of rows/columns per 2D set | 12-18 images per set | 1000 |
PDF - Maximum number of pages for a PDF to be considered for extraction | 100 (for all PDFs) |
Unsupported web browser and operating system combinations for Dynamic Media
Dynamic Media does not support the following web browser and operating system combinations:
- Internet Explorer 11 + Windows 7
- Internet Explorer 11 + Windows 8.1
- Internet Explorer 11 + Windows Phone 8.1
- Internet Explorer 11 + Windows Phone 8.1 Update
- Safari 6 + iOS 6.0.1
- Safari 7 + iOS 7.1
- Safari 7 + OS X 10.9 Mavericks
- Safari 8 + iOS 8.4
- Safari 8 + OS X 10.10 Yosemite
