How to obtain last login date for all users in AEM Assets

Issues/Symptoms

Administrators might need to generate a report that shows the last login date for everyone with access to AEM Assets. The standard access log from Cloud Manager does not provide a consolidated last login date for all accounts. Instead, you can access this information through the Experience Cloud Admin (Beta) console, which displays login data across Adobe solutions.

Resolution resolution

Try these steps to resolve the issue:

  1. Log in to Adobe Experience Cloud at https://experience.adobe.com.
  2. Navigate to your organization.
  3. In the Quick Access section, select Admin (Beta).
  4. In the Admin Tool, go to the Users tab.
  5. Review the list of accounts, which includes columns such as Name, Email, ID Type, Apps, and Last Login.
  6. To export the account information, select Export CSV in the Users view.
  7. Open the exported .csv file to view and filter the Last Login data as needed.
