Quiet Hours and Update Free Periods options unavailable in Cloud Manager

When attempting to configure Quiet Hours and Update Free Periods in Cloud Manager under Activities > Automatic Updates > Update Options, the following message appears: This program is not set up to receive automatic maintenance updates yet.
As a result, the options to configure Quiet Hours and Update Free Periods are unavailable, even when following the documented configuration process.
Root cause
The configuration options for Quiet Hours and Update Free Periods are available only when the Cloud Manager program is enabled for automatic maintenance updates. If the program is not onboarded for this feature, the options remain unavailable.
Resolution resolution
Follow the steps below to resolve the issue.
- Verify that the Quiet Hours and Update Free Periods options are unavailable under Activities
>Automatic Updates>Update Options, and confirm that Cloud Manager displays the message indicating that the program is not configured for automatic maintenance updates. - Contact Adobe Support and request that the Cloud Manager program be enabled for automatic maintenance updates.
- When submitting the request, provide the Cloud Manager program name or program ID, a description of the issue, the message displayed in Cloud Manager, and confirmation that the Quiet Hours and Update Free Periods options are unavailable.
- Wait for Adobe Support to review the program status and apply the required update.
- After receiving confirmation from Adobe Support, sign in to Cloud Manager and navigate to Activities
