Cause
A branded Scene7 domain is not provisioned by default and requires a request and configuration to meet branding and asset delivery requirements.
Resolution resolution
Follow these steps to configure a branded Scene7 domain for asset delivery:

Determine the branded Scene7 domain that you want to use, for example,
brand.scene7.com. -
Identify the Dynamic Media environments, such as development, staging, and production, that you want to map to this domain.

After your branded domain is provisioned and activated, update your Adobe Experience Manager Dynamic Media configuration:
- In AEM, go to Dynamic Media General Settings.
- Update the Published Server Name field to use your new branded domain, for example, brand.scene7.com.
- Save the configuration.
- Replicate the configuration to all relevant publish environments.

Verify that newly uploaded or synchronized assets are delivered using the new branded domain in their URLs.

Existing assets continue to work with the old domain. If you require all assets to use only the new domain, additional migration steps are necessary.

Review and adjust cache TTL settings as needed:
- Cache TTL is not configured on the domain itself. Manage it in either Dynamic Media Classic (DMC) or AEM settings.
- Confirm or update cache TTL according to your requirements in your AEM or DMC configuration.
