Unable to publish pages from author to publish environment in Adobe Experience Manager
In Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), pages created in the author environment not publish to the publish environment. This issue occurs when AEM can’t use a replication agent to transfer content. To fix this issue, configure, enable, and validate the replication agent for the publish environment.

- Pages created in the author environment can’t be published to the publish environment.
- Publishing attempts fail when a replication agent is missing or not configured.
Resolution resolution
Follow the steps below to resolve the issue.

Log in to the AEM author environment as an administrator.

Navigate to Tools
>Deployment>Replication. -
Create a new replication agent for the publish environment:
- Click Agents on Author.
- Click New to create a replication agent.
- Enter the required details, such as the publish instance URL and credentials.

Save and enable the replication agent.

Test the connection to ensure the replication agent is operational.

Attempt to publish the desired page from the author environment.

Verify that the page appears on the publish environment as expected.
