Cause

Administrator access was removed during a DAM seat cleanup, resulting in loss of permissions required for deployment and site management. Access to AEM is managed internally by the organization’s user access management team via the Admin Console.

Resolution resolution

Follow the steps below to resolve the issue:

  1. Log in to the Adobe Admin Console.
  2. Contact the team responsible for user access management within your organization.
  3. Have an authorized system administrator review and restore the required administrator roles for the affected users in the Admin Console.
