AEM Cloud Manager: Deployment environment missing from pipeline environments
This article explains how to address situations where a deployment environment, such as a DEV environment, is missing from the list of selectable environments in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Cloud Manager pipelines.

Issue/Symptoms
- A specific environment is missing from the list of selectable deployment targets in the pipeline configuration or execution UI.
- The environment was previously available and used for deployments.
- Your team has not made any recent changes to the environment.
- Other environments are still visible.
Cause
- The environment was deleted or disabled.
- User permissions for the environment changed.
- A backend synchronization issue is preventing the environment from displaying.

Follow resolve this issue, follow these steps:

Confirm with your team whether the missing environment was intentionally deleted, disabled, or modified recently.

Log in to AEM Cloud Manager and check the list of available environments in the pipeline configuration or execution screen.

Verify that your user account has the necessary permissions to access the missing environment. If you are unsure, contact your organization’s Cloud Manager administrator to confirm your access rights.

If the environment is still missing and was not intentionally deleted or disabled, collect the following information:
- The name of the missing environment
- A screenshot of the environments page in Cloud Manager
- Confirmation of any recent changes (or that no changes were made)
- The environments that are still visible

Contact Adobe Support and provide the collected information for further investigation.
