- One or more legacy Dynamic Media companies are missing from the Cloud Manager
>License>Dynamic Media Companies dashboard. - Other legacy companies are visible as expected.
- No error messages are shown.

The missing Dynamic Media company is not mapped to the correct organization, which prevents it from appearing in the dashboard.
Resolution resolution
To fix the issue, follow these steps:

Collect the following information before contacting Adobe Support:
- The names of the missing Dynamic Media (Scene7) companies.
- The names of any related companies that are visible in the dashboard.
- Confirmation that the missing companies are legacy (pre-existing) Dynamic Media companies.
