“Restore previous code deployed” option not visible in Cloud Manager
The Restore previous code deployed option does not appear in Cloud Manager for a system administrator when required permissions remain disabled in a custom product profile. This prevents access to restore functionality in Adobe Experience Manager as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS) - Sites. To resolve the issue, enable the required restore permissions in Cloud Manager.

Resolution resolution
To resolve the issue, follow the steps below:
- Sign in to Cloud Manager with administrative privileges for the tenant.
- Open the Admin Console and navigate to Products
>AEM as a Cloud Service>Cloud Manager. - Create a custom product profile if one does not already exist to restore access.
- Select the custom product profile and open the Permissions tab.
- Locate and enable the Environment Restore Create permission.
- Select the required environments where the restore option should appear.
- Save the changes and assign the custom product profile to the relevant accounts.
After completing these steps, the Restore previous code deployed option appears in Cloud Manager for the selected environments.
