Adobe Campaign delivery preparation fails due to resource download errors

Email deliveries can fail during preparation when required resources, such as images, cannot be downloaded. Resolve resource download errors by updating image settings in legacy delivery templates so the assets are available online during delivery preparation.

Multiple existing or legacy email delivery templates fail during delivery preparation.

Error observed:

XSV-350122 An error occurred and the process has been stopped.
SOP-330011 Error while executing the method ‘PrepareMessagelmpl’ of service ‘nms:delivery’.
DLV-490094 Error while downloading resource (e.g., ‘name.jpg’, ‘images/header.jpg’)
XML-110018 Error while parsing XML string ‘’ (1:1) : invalid document structure

Resolution resolution

To upload images for legacy templates, open the delivery template, select Tracking & Images, go to the Images tab, and set the image status to Already online.
