Issue/Symptoms
- An error message appears during Customer AI model creation stating: Total number of event definitions (including both standard and custom) across all input event datasets is 0. This is not a valid application definition. Please edit input event datasets or custom event definitions.
Resolution resolution
To resolve this issue, follow these steps:

Review the schema associated with the dataset used for Customer AI.

Verify that the schema includes at least one of the following standard field groups:
- Commerce
- Web
- Application
- Search

If none of the required field groups exist, update or recreate the schema to include at least one standard field group.

Associate the updated schema with the dataset.

Create the Customer AI model again using the updated dataset.

Verify that the model creation process completes without errors.
