Content hub - Lower environment is not accessible

In Cloud manager, customer clicked on provisioning ContentHub for lower environments, but has a hard time locating these environments

We should have 3 content hub credit as part of Assets Ultimate, “Content hub is available for activation click to activate” option is enabled now in both stage and dev after Assets Ultimate upgrade.
Tried to activate the content hub for staging instance using that “click to activate” link. How do we setup access to this instance?

you should then be able to see the product profile for each of the instances provisioned per
https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/experience-manager-cloud-service/content/assets/content-hub/deploy-content-hub#content-hub-instance-product-profile
Could you please verify if you can see them there (stage and dev instances - they should end in “delivery”)?
In those environments you should then be able to assign users and grant them access to the instances.
