Resolution resolution

Follow these steps to resolve this issue:

  1. Confirm that all required legal agreements for enabling AI-driven features are completed and accepted by your organization.
  2. If any legal documents, such as a generative AI rider, are still pending, work with your Adobe account team to complete them.
  3. Sign in to the Admin Console and verify that the feature flag for Audience Agent is enabled for your organization.
  4. Review role assignments to ensure your user account has the required permissions to access AI Assistant and Audience Agent.
  5. After permissions are confirmed, clear your browser cache, as this step has resolved the issue in some cases.
  6. Sign out of Adobe Experience Platform.
  7. Sign back in and check whether Audience Agent appears.
  8. Verify that you can now access the feature as expected.
