Unable to approve the App Builder projects because an administrative role is missing in Admin Console

Issue/Symptoms
- App Builder project approvals are blocked.
- You can’t find a relevant administrative role in the Admin Console
Resolution resolution
The System administrator is the only role needed to provides full access in the Admin Console and allows you to approve App Builder apps through the Adobe Exchange Manage page.
Request a role to be assigned for you by a user who already holds the System administrator role.
