Issue/Symptoms
The security scan tool displays the check for a patch as Failed after an upgrade despite the patch being present in the release.
Resolution resolution
To fix this issue, follow these steps:
- Wait up to 24–48 hours after upgrading for the security scan tool to refresh its data.
- If the status does not change after this period, request a manual update of your environment’s version from support.
- Re-run the security scan.
- Verify that APSB now shows as Pass.
Notes: The status updates more quickly in non-production environments; delays occur in production due to data refresh intervals. Manual intervention by support is required if automatic updates do not resolve the issue within 48 hours.
