Workflow emails fail to deliver when the “From” address differs in Adobe Experience Manager as a Cloud Service
In AEMaaCS, workflow email notifications fail to send when the “From” address in the Day CQ Mail Service doesn’t match the one in the Day CQ Workflow Email Notification Service. Aligning these configurations enables successful delivery of workflow emails. To fix this issue, update both services to use the same “From” address.
