Form Field Value not Showing

Description description

Values in a form field are not showing in the preview or live form even though the value is in the picklist for the field. Visibibility rules for the field are enabled.

Resolution resolution

The value is not in the picklist in the field visibility rules. To fix this, do the following:

  1. Select the field in question in the form editor.
  2. Click Enabled in the right pane, where it says
    Visibility Rules.
  3. Add the missing value to the picklist.
  4. Hit Save.
