Using a token in the Smart List of a Smart Campaign yields unexpected results, an error, or the campaign to not trigger.

Issue Resolution
Tokens cannot be used in the Smart List section of Smart Campaigns.

Tokens can be used in the Smart Campaign Flow, in the following steps:

  • Interesting Moments
  • Change Data Value
  • Salesforce Campaign Steps (add, remove, change status)
  • Create Task
