Description description
- There are some old emails or previously sent emails that are not appearing in the Email Performance Report.
- The emails have been sent previously, and they should show some metrics in the Email performance report.
Resolution resolution
- Re-approve all or any specific emails you would like the metric to appear again in the Email Performance Report.
Root Cause:
- The issue is caused when the old or previously sent emails were unapproved, removing those emails from the Email Performance Report.
